1. Consulting Services
- No charges will be assessed until a formal service agreement is executed.
- Fees are non-refundable after the agreement has been executed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work if the client pauses or terminates a project
2. Software as a Service (SaaS), if applicable
- A 15-day refund period is available to customers from the date of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to help@esgelevate.com , including the transaction details and the specified justification for the refund.
- Refunds that have been approved will be credited to the original payment method within 10-45 business days.
3. Courses and Training
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Course Start Date: If canceled at least 15 days prior to the course’s commencement, a full refund will be issued.
- After Course Commencement:
- The following refund is applicable if the cancellation occurs after the first class:
- Paid 50% of the total fee → 25% refund
- Paid 100% of the total fee → 75% refund
- After attending the second class or later, no refunds are applicable.
- Full payment is mandatory for course completion certificate eligibility.

- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10-45 business days
4. Cancellation Policy
- ESG Elevate retains the right to cancel any training program, workshop, or event in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
- In such instances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent course participation, refunds may be considered. Customers are required to submit supporting documentation, and refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of ESG Elevate.
6. Options for Transfer and Rescheduling
- Customers may transfer their registration to another individual by submitting a request at least three (03) days prior to the program’s commencement..
- Within 12 months of the initial booking, participants may request a reschedule to a subsequent batch (subject to availability).
- Written requests for transfers and rescheduling must be submitted to help@esgelevate.com .
7. Non-Refundable Fees
- Course materials, digital resources, and downloaded content are non-refundable from the moment they are accessed.
8. Refund Processing
- The original payment method will be used to process approved refunds.
- The timeframe for refunds may vary between 10 and 45 business days, contingent upon the issuing bank and payment processor.
- The refund amount may be reduced by any administrative fees that are associated with payment processing.

9. Limitation of Liability
- ESG Elevate shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of this Website or our services.
- We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from malware.
- ESG Elevate is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or system failure that may result from the use of our services.
